Privacy policy

DevsMonterrey, a software engineering company founded in 2017 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and legally established in Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data it collects through this website.

We only collect the data you provide to us and some technical data:

• Contact form: name, company, email, subject, message and your consent to the privacy policy.
• Project fit assessment: company name, industry, company website, full name, corporate email, job title or role, project type and description, project maturity, budget range, expected timeline, main business goal, role in the buying decision, additional information and your consent to the privacy policy.
• Technical data: basic connection information (such as the IP address) processed by our hosting and spam-prevention providers to deliver the site and protect the forms.
• Please do not include sensitive personal data in your messages.

• To answer your inquiries and contact requests.
• To evaluate whether your project fits our services. A person at DevsMonterrey reviews every request before replying.
• To protect the site and the forms against spam and misuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.

To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf. Some may process data outside Mexico, including in the United States.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Cloudflare: site hosting and anti-spam verification of the forms (Turnstile).
• Resend: delivery of the emails generated by the contact form and the project fit assessment.
• PostHog: site analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

The data you submit through the forms reaches our email inbox and is kept there. We delete it when you ask us to.

You have the right to access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or to object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights write to fernando@devsmonterrey.com with your name, the email address you used to contact us and the right you wish to exercise. We will handle your request in accordance with applicable law.

We store your cookie choice in your browser to remember it on future visits.

Site analytics (PostHog) loads only if you accept it, and we do not send the contents of your forms to analytics. You can change your decision at any time.
